Development-stage status
These Terms are an initial development draft for Menyra. They describe the intended SaaS model but are not final production contracting terms.
The final contracting legal entity, registered details, tax information, governing-law clause, dispute venue and any consumer-specific disclosures must be reviewed and completed before paid production service begins.
The Menyra service
Menyra is intended to provide a web-based platform for businesses to create and manage digital menus, store content, QR entry points and related operational features.
The product is web-only. Features may evolve during development, and marketing previews or demo content do not create a guarantee that unfinished modules are already available in production.
Accounts and authorized use
When account functionality is enabled, account holders will be responsible for providing accurate information, protecting credentials and ensuring that invited users act within the permissions granted to them.
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful content or use Menyra in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Trial
The locked Menyra commercial model includes a 30-day trial with one store and the complete feature set. A payment card is not required to begin the trial.
The exact production activation, expiry and conversion workflow will be governed by the subscription module when implemented.
Pricing and store capacity
Menyra has one subscription product with all product features included. Pricing varies by store capacity rather than by feature tier.
- First store: €3 per month.
- Each additional store: +€2 per month.
- Annual billing: the applicable monthly amount multiplied by 10, equivalent to two months free compared with 12 monthly payments.
Billing and payment
Stripe is the planned payment provider, but payment processing, subscription state, invoices and billing controls are not implemented by this legal-page module.
Final production terms must reflect the actual checkout flow, renewal rules, taxes, payment authorization, failed-payment handling, cancellation timing and refund policy implemented at launch.
Customer content
Customers will remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with business content they submit, including menu text, prices, product information, images and translations.
Menyra should receive only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display and back up that content for operation of the service. Final production wording must be legally reviewed.
Service availability and changes
Menyra aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider failures or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.
Features may be improved, replaced or adjusted while preserving the core subscription model, subject to any commitments that apply in final production terms.
Suspension and termination
Final production rules may permit suspension or restriction where required for security, non-payment, legal compliance or serious misuse. The precise notice, restoration, cancellation and post-expiry access rules must match the implemented subscription lifecycle.
Liability and warranties
Any production warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities and mandatory-law carve-outs require legal review for the final contracting entity and customer market. This development draft intentionally does not invent binding liability caps.
Privacy and data protection
Use of Menyra is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Production account, billing, analytics and support processing must be reflected in those documents when the corresponding modules are deployed.
Changes to these Terms
These draft Terms will be updated as the service approaches production. The final version should state how material changes are notified and when revised terms become effective.
